Welcome to Calitracker, an app developed and owned by Brazius Productions. By using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Calitracker is designed to help users track workouts, follow skill progressions, and stay consistent with their fitness goals. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. The app is for informational/educational purposes only. Users should consult a doctor or certified health professional before starting any exercise program, especially if they have medical conditions. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from exercises. Participation is at your own risk.
Calitracker offers an optional Premium subscription, which grants access to advanced features and enhanced workout tracking tools. The subscription is billed automatically on a recurring basis through your App Store account.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings.
All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple. For details, visit Apple's refund policy.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your data.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
